The Middle School Mustangs’ baseball team played against Shelton in the semifinals of the District Tournament this Tuesday. The Mustangs went on to win the game with a score of 6-2, increasing their record to 8-1 on the season. Eighth grader Aaron Grant went 3-3 with a double and two singles. After the game, Grant said, “we played very well and I can’t wait for the championship game.” The Mustangs will play in the Championship against Grapevine Faith at the Texas Star on Friday, April 30 at noon.
