Varsity Girls Soccer Defeat Dallas Christian

The Lady Mustangs earn first place in district after a win against Dallas Christian.

On Thursday, February 10, the Varsity Girls soccer team played Dallas Christian. The Lady Mustangs defeated the Lady Chargers with a score of 4-0. In the first half of the game, sophomore, Ava Thompson scored 2 goals for her team making the score at half time 2-0. In the second half of the game, junior, Leigh Kitzmiller scored the 3rd goal of the game. Towards the end of the game, Junior, Sarah Krusing scored the last goal of the game against Dallas Christian. The defensive line consisted of freshman Kadence Ackmann, and juniors Kate Nordhaus, Abigail Thomas and Gabby Gordon. They recorded their eighth shut-out against Dallas Christian. This win earned the Lady Mustangs first in district.
