On Monday, March 31, the Mckinney Christian Academy Lady Mustangs faced off against Prince of Peace at home in the first game of the season. They were defeated 1-22. Although they lost, the team worked well together to start the season off and they know where to go from here. Freshman Harper Johnson pitched the whole game, and got a lot of strikeouts. Many Lady Mustangs made contact with the ball and got on base. Freshman Elizabeth Thompson got the run. When freshman Presley Dreffs was interviewed about the game, she said, “Although the game didn’t go in our favor, we were able to learn a lot. We were able to still have great attitudes over the course of the entire game. I am looking forward to seeing how this team grows together and we are destined for greatness.”
The Lady Mustangs will play again on Friday April 4 at Prince of Peace Christian School.

Their next game will be on Friday, April 4, against Prince of Peace.
