On Friday, October 18, the McKinney Christian Academy Varsity football team hosted the Dallas Covenant School. The Mustangs are looking to get their revenge after being defeated last year. The Mustangs are fighting four injuries this year that have set them back early in the season. Head Coach Dan Whitsett says, “We have been fighting through a lot of adversity in the first four weeks this season. Along with a short roster this year, we have dealt with some injuries and sickness that has challenged us even further. But the boys have been working and competing hard throughout. We have improved each week in many aspects, and have been playing very hard.” The Mustangs unfortunately fell short with a final score of 13-54.
