On Wednesday, November 13, three senior athletes were given time during Upper School lunch to be honored on National Signing Day. They signed their letters of intent to play collegiate sports. The three seniors were Kadence Ackmann, John Clark, and Teague Spivey. Ackmann will be playing volleyball at Pace University in New York. When asked about signing, she exclaimed, “I was so happy to finally sign today, and I am so excited to attend such an amazing school and get to play a sport I love.” Clark will be playing baseball at Odessa College in Odessa, Texas. When asked about his decision, he replied, “I am super excited to continue my baseball career at Odessa College. I am super grateful for God, my family, friends, and all the mentors that have helped me through this journey. Go Wranglers.” Spivey will play baseball at North Greenville University in Tigerville, South Carolina. When asked why he decided to attend, he said, “I chose North Greenville University because I get to pursue my dream of playing college baseball while deepening my relationship with Christ.” The three athletes were honored and celebrated with their friends with treats and photos.
