On Friday, October 24, the MCA Mustangs had their annual Homecoming pep rally. The pep rally was held in MCA’s very own SLC. The theme was country, along with the Homecoming theme. It began with an opening prayer led by Warren Truesdale. After that, the Senior MCs Adam Gicheru and Hudson Clayton were introduced. Next, the MCA football team, the Middle School cheer, and the varsity cheer all performed separate routines. Following the performances, the MCA varsity volleyball was recognized for going undefeated during districts and not dropping a set once. The student government had a ring toss game for the Homecoming court. Finally, the band performed the all-school fight song, closing out the pep rally.
