Middle School Volleyball Wins Big

Middle School Volleyball Comes in Second with a Statement Tournament Win

On Saturday, September 30, the McKinney Christian Academy Middle School volleyball teams competed in a tournament. The D2 team beat Rockwall Heritage in two sets for the quarterfinals and beat ICCS in two sets for the semifinals. The Mustangs finished in second place in their bracket falling to the First Baptist Academy D1 team in three sets for the championship. When asked about how the tournament was, head coach Shelby Truesdale said, “We played some really difficult teams and battled through the day well.” 

Their next game is on Monday, October 2, at Alcuin.
