On Monday, October 16, the Middle School D1 volleyball team played their semi-final game against Parish. They were dominant throughout the match, winning in two sets with the scores being 25-18 and 25-10. When asked about the game, eighth grader Abby Lowe said, “Our game went really well. We played really good together and we served really well as a team. We can’t wait for the championship.”

The championship game is on Thursday, October 19, against St. John at Shelton at 5 p.m.

Hi, I'm Aubrey Hagstrom! I am in 9th grade this year, and I have been at MCA since third grade. After school, I enjoy playing soccer and hanging out with my friends and my little brother. This is my first year in the newspaper staff, and my favorite MCA memory was my 8th grade Spring Semi-Formal.  My favorite Bible verse is Psalm 37:23-24 "The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand."
