On Thursday, October 19, the undefeated D1 Middle School volleyball team competed in the TAPS volleyball championship against St. John’s. The Mustangs swept the Eagles in two sets with a score of 25-20 in the first set, and 25-16 in the second. Eighth grader Brittany Bartoo gave her thoughts about the game saying, “We did better in the second set but overall the game went really good and we worked really well together.” After this win, the D1 Mustangs went back to back in TAPS championships and continued their 2-year long undefeated streak.
