On Thursday, September 14, the Middle School Mustang football team faces off against Founders in their second home game of the season. The Mustangs continue stampeding their competition no matter who they play. It was a slow start to the match with both teams neck and neck in a 6-6 tie. The game then took a turn weighing heavily in the Mustangs’ favor as it finished with a score of 48-6. Eighth grader Chase Lorenzo scored the final touchdown and says, “I mean we pretty much had the team in the bag we just needed to end it, the team is really hyped and we are going to keep this winning streak all the way through the season, I can feel it.”
Their next game is at home on Thursday, September 28, against Colleyville Covenant.
