Senior Spotlight Landen Jones and Allie Stephenson

Today’s Senior Spotlight is Landen Jones and Allie Stephenson:

Jones has been attending McKinney Christian Academy since his junior year. While at MCA, he has played football, baseball and basketball. Outside of school, he coaches. After graduation, Jones will attend the University of Oklahoma and major in business. His favorite memory at MCA is playing in the baseball state championship. A fun fact about Jones is that he has three younger brothers. His favorite Bible verse is John 13:7.

Stephenson has been at MCA since her sophomore year, during which time she played softball and volleyball. Outside of school, she is a part of a club volleyball team. After graduation, Stephenson will attend Doane University in Nebraska, majoring in kinesiology. Her favorite memory at MCA is the senior retreat. A fun fact about Stephenson is that she has played club volleyball for eleven years. Her favorite Bible verse is John 15:5.

Nate Krusing has attended MCA since kindergarten and is currently in the 9th grade. This is his second year in newspaper. He enjoys time with his friends and family and loves playing sports. His favorite sports are baseball and Football. He also enjoys watching basketball. His favorite memory at MCA is winning the Middle School baseball championship. He is looking forward to being a newspaper writer and playing a role in contributing to the Mane Edition. His favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:6 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God."
