Senior Spotlight Uriah Boutte and David Roller

Today’s Senior Spotlight is Uriah Boutte and David Roller:

Boutte has been attending McKinney Christian Academy since his junior year. While at MCA, he played varsity basketball. Outside of school, he plays club basketball. After graduation, Boutte will attend MidAmerica Nazarene University, majoring in Nursing. His favorite memory at MCA is staying in the hotels with my teammates and having fun bus rides. A fun fact about Boutte is that he has never broken a bone. His favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11.

Roller has been attending MCA since Pre-K. While at MCA, he ran cross country and track and played soccer, yearbook, NHS, student government and Mu Alpha Theta. Outside of school, he enjoys traveling, running and hanging out with his friends and girlfriend. After graduation, Roller will attend the University of Oklahoma and major in Business. His favorite memory at MCA is hanging out in the cabins at retreat senior year. A fun fact about Roller is that he fears sliding glass doors. His favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11.

Nate Krusing has attended MCA since kindergarten and is currently in the 9th grade. This is his second year in newspaper. He enjoys time with his friends and family and loves playing sports. His favorite sports are baseball and Football. He also enjoys watching basketball. His favorite memory at MCA is winning the Middle School baseball championship. He is looking forward to being a newspaper writer and playing a role in contributing to the Mane Edition. His favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:6 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God."
