On Tuesday, September 10, McKinney Christian Academy’s JV and Varsity volleyball teams defeated Paris High School. Paris High School is a public school in the 4A district. The varsity team won in three sets, scoring 25-13, 25-15, and 27-25. It was also MCA Staff Appreciation Night, and MCA staff members were recognized and participated in a serving contest. Head Coach Tara Ackmann shares her thoughts on the game saying, “It was a great night to recognize and celebrate our staff, and congratulations to Mr. Castillo for winning the serving contest. Proud of our girls for finishing in three sets. It gave all of our players a chance to play and some even in other positions.”
