On Monday, February 17, the McKinney Christian Academy Varsity boys’ soccer team played against Dallas Christian. The Mustangs won the game with a score of 5-1. Junior, Hutson Clayton, led the game with a total of three goals. Sophomore, Luke Dreffs, said, “In the beginning of the season, there were some doubts if we would succeed. We came into the game with a lot of pressure on us to win, but without a doubt we pulled through. On the field, our communication and teamwork was the key to us winning. We are now placed in the second seed.”
The mustangs will continue their season to the bi-district game on Monday, February 24.
