On Wednesday, February 21, the McKinney Christian Academy golf team went to Panther Creek to play in a tournament. The team placed first overall out of nine teams. The podium wasn’t even close as MCA placed first by a 36 shot difference. Freshman Luke Ryan had this to say “I played really good on the frontline and shot 35 out the gate, in the back nine holes though I shot for 40 for a total of 75 on the day which was only three over.” Luke Ryan had the lowest score on the team and on hole 16 chipped in for eagle as well as had four birdies on the front which led to a successful day for the Mustangs.
